Job summary

MG Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Bristol at Sunset team in Henderson, NV. The ideal candidate will perform multi-trade maintenance, address service requests, and support apartment turnovers while delivering customer-centric service in a fast-paced community setting.

Experience across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related trades is required. A strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork is essential, along with flexible hours and on-call rotation

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property.
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!
