The ideal candidate has 2+ years of apartment maintenance on a sizable property, trades experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), and reliable transportation. A collaborative, on-site role offers opportunities for growth and stable benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200 unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, and related trades.
• Customer-focused attitude with teamwork and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Paint, perform apartment turnovers, and handle emergency calls.
• Assist in other maintenance duties as needed.
