Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for The Herald Apartments in Placentia, CA. The ideal candidate will handle cleaning of grounds, offices, and common areas, complete maintenance requests, repair appliances, and perform painting and turnover tasks.

Experience across trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.) and a strong customer-service mindset are required, along with reliable transportation and willingness to work on-call.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc. a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and ability to work in a team.
• Consent to audio recordings during work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST.
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
