Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for The Herald Apartments in Placentia, CA. The role involves multi-trade maintenance across a 200-unit property with emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities include grounds upkeep, appliance repairs, painting, turnovers, and handling emergency calls. On-call rotation and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc. is a must.
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key.
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge audio recordings may be made during work duties.
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Painting and apartment turnovers.
• Taking emergency calls and more.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Herald Apartments in Placentia, CA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Compensation and Benefits

• $25-$26/hour DOE
