MG Properties, The Herald Apartments in Placentia, CA, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with hands-on skills across trades. You will respond to service requests, perform appliance repairs, painting, and apartment turnovers, and maintain common areas with a strong customer-service mindset.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years on a 200-unit property, can work in a team, and is available for on-call rotations.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Herald Apartments in Placentia, CA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Compensation and Benefits

• $25-$26/hour DOE
