Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1.
• Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work with at least two trades involved.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Some agencies may require possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Paint interiors of buildings and perform masonry work.
• Perform general maintenance work including steam outages and mechanical work in the COGen plant.
• Replace air filters, lights, and signage.
• Perform lead work over helpers performing basic assignments.
• Repair roofs and install flashing and spouts.
• Perform grounds work including landscape, weed control, and athletic field maintenance.
• Deliver equipment, supplies, and materials when needed.
• Perform event setups.
• Weld and braze metals and erect steel for construction.
