Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years related experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and preventive maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to read technical manuals and use safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance per work orders.
• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, and carpentry needs.
• Diagnose issues, perform welding and room renovations as needed.
• Maintain logs, safety compliance, and timely documentation.
• Support in snow removal and after-hours maintenance when required.
