Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in trades: carpentry, electrical, or plumbing.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per work orders.
• Paint rooms and corridors, perform electrical/plumbing repairs as needed.
• Carry out welding, carpentry, door/lock checks and hydraulics work.
• Assist in snow removal and after-hours maintenance as required.
• Maintain maintenance logs and timely reports.
