Job summary

Loews Nashville Hotel is seeking a skilled Engineer II to perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and general maintenance across the property. You will respond to maintenance requests, support emergency procedures, and ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently to uphold guest satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on experience in multiple trades, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on maintenance experience in hospitality or hotel environment preferred.
• Post-high school training in a maintenance/engineering discipline preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry or related trades certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled trade work across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and general maintenance disciplines.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain records; follow MSDS guidelines and safety standards.
