West Virginia Property Management is seeking a skilled Handyman to perform diverse maintenance, repairs, and installations across tenant homes, offices and commercial spaces.

The role requires proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting and drywall, with the ability to work independently or with a team. Candidates should have 2+ years of relevant experience and own tools, with a valid driver’s license. On-site work may include evenings or weekends.

Formación

• 2+ years in general maintenance, construction, or related trades.
• Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and drywall repair.
• Trade licenses preferred but not required if not available.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and climb ladders.
• Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and own tools.

Responsabilidades

• Repairs: fix plumbing leaks, electrical issues, drywall damage, and broken fixtures.
• Maintenance: painting, caulking, weatherproofing, HVAC filter changes.
• Installations: appliances, shelving, lighting, doors, windows, flooring.
• Carpentry: build/repair furniture, decks, fences, framing.
• Plumbing: address clogged drains, replace faucets, pipes.
