Job summary

White Bark Property Management is seeking a reliable Handyman to support maintenance across residential and commercial properties. The role covers general repairs, preventive upkeep, and on-demand fixes to keep buildings safe and functional.

You’ll handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks, perform inspections, work with tenants and managers, and maintain tools and materials. Valid license and strong problem-solving skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as handyman or maintenance technician.
• Strong masonry skills (brick, block, concrete, stucco).
• Know-how in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting basics.
• Ability to troubleshoot and propose efficient solutions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance across multiple properties.
• Handle minor plumbing issues and fixture repairs; diagnose leaks.
• Replace light fixtures, switches, and outlets; basic electrical tasks.
• Carry out light framing, trim work, and cabinet repairs.
• Complete brick, block, concrete, and stucco repairs.
• Carry out touch-ups and small painting jobs.
• Assist with grounds work and seasonal maintenance.
• Inspect properties to identify issues early and address them.
• Respond promptly to tenant and manager maintenance requests.
• Maintain a clean workspace and track materials and time.
