Job summary

White Bark Property Management is seeking a reliable Handyman to support multi-property maintenance across our residential and commercial sites. You will perform general repairs, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and masonry tasks with an emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or with tenants and managers in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handyman or maintenance technician, ideally with multi-unit or commercial properties.
• Solid understanding of building maintenance fundamentals: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently and with property managers.

Responsibilities

• General repairs and maintenance across multiple properties to keep buildings safe and functional.
• Perform painting, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical tasks as assigned.
• Inspect properties regularly to identify issues and plan cost-effective repairs.
• Coordinate with property managers and tenants to respond to maintenance requests.
