Qualifications

• Knowledge of applicable codes, standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform journey-level maintenance and repair across mechanical, electrical, and building trades.
• Supervise other staff and assist with workload planning and project execution.
• Inspect work for compliance with codes, guidelines, and safety requirements.
• Read plans/diagrams, prepare rough sketches, and design layouts for trades projects.
• Maintain inventory and assist with purchases; travel between facilities as needed.
