• High mechanical ability and experience in maintenance related fields.
• Willing to oversee work of others and supervise contractors.

Responsibilities

• Performs electrical repair including lamp changes and fixture work.
• Performs plumbing repair and diagnostics.
• Maintains HVAC-related understanding and basic equipment upkeep.
• Performs basic mechanical repair on tractors, forklifts, and similar equipment.
• Repairs building components and conducts painting and carpentry.
• Completes preventive and reparative maintenance across trades.
• Oversees service contractors and supports corporate facility programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
