Bass Pro Shops is seeking a General Maintenance associate to handle preventive maintenance and service requests at our Macon, GA store. The role requires broad skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and related trades to support store operations and energy conservation.

• High mechanical aptitude across multiple trades.
• Willingness to supervise or coordinate others in maintenance tasks.
• Verifiable experience in maintenance-related fields.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Oversees contractors delivering maintenance services (housekeeping, landscape, pest control).
• Performs electrical, plumbing, and basic mechanical repairs as needed.
• Maintains building systems to support energy conservation programs.
• Ensures safety and quality in routine maintenance tasks.
