Bass Pro Shops is seeking a General Maintenance professional to support store operations with preventive maintenance and supervising contractors. The role requires broad skills across plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and mechanical trades.

The candidate will perform electrical and plumbing repairs, maintain equipment, and ensure energy conservation and waste management programs align with corporate standards. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: High School education or 1-2 year vocational training.
• Verifiable maintenance experience in related fields.
• Experience across building trades (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical).

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical repairs: lamp changes, fixture installation, diagnostics.
• Perform plumbing repairs: pump/fixture installations, drain cleaning, diagnostics.
• Oversee service contractors and maintenance activities.
• Maintain building and equipment; perform routine tune-ups and energy-conservation efforts.
• Ensure compliance with corporate facility programs for energy and waste management.
• All other duties as assigned.
