Job summary

Emploive seeks a Maintenance Technician II to perform routine and preventive maintenance, minor construction, and repair across the facility, ensuring high standards and safety. The role requires collaboration with engineers, vendors, and residents to deliver reliable utility and system support.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 5+ years in facility maintenance, and the ability to read schematics/blueprints, diagnose issues, and safely operate a range of tools.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of facility maintenance experience.
• Knowledge in diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hydraulics and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance as assigned and communicate with residents; follow up with supervisor.
• Perform grounds-keeping and general upkeep of the facility and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Repair/refurbishment tasks including carpentry, painting, drywall, and fixtures.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call requests as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and adhere to safety policies.
