Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and lay out construction and maintenance projects.
• Perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks.
• Conduct electrical and plumbing maintenance work.
• General carpentry and masonry duties.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC systems.
• Liaison with contractors for major repairs.
