Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building maintenance or related field preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems is required.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills across multiple building systems.
• Ability to document maintenance activities and logs.
• Experience coordinating with external contractors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to keep the facility safe and functional.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate with outside contractors when needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and repair logs.
