Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to perform general maintenance and repair of equipment and building systems, including HVAC, painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. Responsibilities

• Replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures and motors.
• Patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings with plaster or compounds.
• Repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
• Painting structures and equipment.
• Repairing concrete floors, steps and sidewalks.
• Hanging doors and installing door locks; replacing panels and tiles.
• Replacing broken windowpanes; general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and trade supervisors on job site.
• Communicate with management, teammates and customers in meetings or in writing.
• Troubleshoot equipment, estimate take-offs and support procurement.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled tasks with emphasis on quality and customer service.
• Communicate complex repair needs clearly.
• Maintain records and documentation with trade supervisors.
• Respond to mechanical emergencies, diagnose issues, repair and test operation.
• Regular maintenance of mechanical and other systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Exhibit excellent customer service/satisfaction.
