• 4 years journeyman level experience, two trades minimum.
• Healthcare or large institutional environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs plumbing, electrical, welding, mechanical, housekeeping, carpentry, and painting repairs per service requests.
• Inspects systems in assigned buildings and documents work performed.
• Maintains records and documents of work completed; installs new equipment as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
