Qualifications

• 3 years skilled or journeyman level experience in maintenance.
• Valid State of Texas Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned maintenance crew and assist as needed.
• Coordinate with management, engineering, and other departments to plan and execute work.
• Inspect HVAC and utility systems to determine service or repair needs.
• Requisition and manage materials, tools, and parts for jobs.
• Train crew members in methods and procedures and ensure quality of work.
