Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2 years commercial, industrial, or healthcare maintenance experience.
• 5 years commercial, industrial, or healthcare maintenance experience.
• Ability to easily and effectively communicate and collaborate with facility personnel.
• Ability to handle computer data entry input.
• Some knowledge and skill in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on building structures, equipment and fixtures.
• Carry out carpentry duties including shelving, window and ceiling repairs.
• Handle electrical tasks: switches, breakers, bulbs, ballasts.
• Assist HVAC tasks: thermostats and system checks.
• Address light plumbing repairs and general maintenance duties.
• Use power tools safely and coordinate with other trades as needed.
• Prioritize work requests and follow up with supervisors.
