Job summary

ABM is seeking a Maintenance Technician to execute preventive and reactive maintenance across building systems. You will diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, doors (interior and exterior), water heaters, and painting tasks to keep facilities running smoothly.

This role requires hands-on skills, safety awareness, and the ability to follow work orders in a fast-paced environment. Pay is $20.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive and reactive maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry basics.
• Ability to repair doors (interior and exterior) and water heaters.
• Painting and finishing skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repairs as needed.
• Inspect facilities and document issues and resolutions.
