MG Properties at Elevate at Discovery Park in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our apartment community. You will respond to maintenance service requests, perform repairs, and assist with turnovers to ensure a comfortable living environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of apartment maintenance across a 200-unit property, experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and a strong customer-service mindset. Reliable transportation and on-call flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.)
• 2+ years apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property preferred
• Customer service oriented with reliability and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance service requests and repairs as needed.
• Repair appliances and fixtures in units and common areas.
• Paint and prepare units during turnovers.
• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas to high standards.
• Take emergency calls and respond promptly.
• Coordinate with on-site team for work orders and safety compliance

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Elevate at Discovery Park, in Tempe, AZ!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
