Landings Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Trades Specialist in Middleborough, MA. This full-time, on-site role focuses on apartment turns, carpentry, and multiple skilled trades to keep properties in top condition.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, appliance, and HVAC issues, completing work orders within 24 hours, and participating in rotating on-call shifts evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in multi-family settings or related trades.
• Solid carpentry skills including framing, finishing, cabinetry, drywall, or similar.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools.
• Strong organizational, friendly, customer-service oriented.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade schooling is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turns focusing on carpentry and skilled trades (doors, cabinets, trim, drywall, painting).
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, appliance, and HVAC issues.
• Complete work orders promptly, typical 24-hour turnaround.
