Landings Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Trades Specialist in Fall River, MA to manage apartment turns and full service maintenance. You will handle carpentry, doors, trim, drywall, painting, and finish work, while diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, appliance, and HVAC issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance or skilled trades.
• Solid carpentry skills including framing and drywall.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade schooling a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turns focusing on carpentry and trim work.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, appliance, and HVAC issues.
• Complete work orders promptly with 24-hour turnaround.
• Rotating on-call schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Support seasonal property needs such as snow removal.
