• Maintains cleanliness of the sales floor and organizes merchandise.
• Sorts donated items and prepares textiles/wares; ensures proper tagging and pricing.
• Loads and unloads trucks; operates pallet jack and related equipment as needed.
• Develops awareness of Goodwill programs and guides customers to information.
