Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Associate in Muncie, IN to assist the store management team. The position covers cashiering, donation processing, eCommerce support, and other duties across the sales floor.

You will provide excellent customer service, operate cash registers, maintain clean aisles, and help with stocking, pricing, and routine tasks. The role offers an $11 hourly rate with opportunities to learn multiple store functions.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders, balances cash drawer, and follows cash handling procedures.
• Provides information about Goodwill programs to educate customers.
• Directs complex questions to the appropriate associate or manager.
• Maintains clean sales floor and organizes merchandise.
• Supports various roles (Cashier, Textiles/Wares Producer, etc.) as needed.
