The role emphasizes dependability and proactive maintenance across apartment facilities, with on-site responsibilities to keep the property running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, furnaces, and plumbing.
• Experience with apartment maintenance and make-ready processes.
• HVAC (EPA) certification preferred.
• Pool maintenance knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation.
• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units.
• Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs.
• Maintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation.
