ParkVista Apartments in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to maintain building and grounds through routine tasks and service requests.

You will complete work orders, handle apartment make-readies, diagnose HVAC and plumbing issues, maintain pool equipment, and respond to emergencies in a rotating on-call schedule. The role requires physical activity and reliability; on-site work in all weather; benefits package available.

Qualifications

• HVAC (A/C) certification required.
• Pool certification preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 20 lbs.
• Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systems.
• Willingness to work on-call as needed (rotating schedule).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Indoor and outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Full-time with rotating on-call responsibilities.
