Falls of Deer Park Apartments is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician HVAC to maintain the building and grounds through routine procedures and work orders.

The role requires HVAC experience and certification, ladder safety, and the ability to complete and close work orders. You will diagnose basic HVAC systems, repair plumbing issues, and assist with pool equipment and on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• HVAC troubleshooting and basic repairs.
• Valid HVAC certification required.
• Ability to climb and work from a ladder safely.
• Ability to complete, update, and close work orders accurately.

Responsibilities

Falls of Deer Park Apartments is currently seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician HVAC to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds through routine procedures and special work orders.

Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner


• Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation


• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units


• Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs


• Maintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards


• Assist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenance


• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation


• This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly.

Requirements

• HVAC experience — able to troubleshoot and perform basic HVAC repairs.
