Qualifications

• Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Familiar with materials, equipment and supplies used in industrial cleaning.
• Familiar with dispatch and warehouse operations, procedures, equipment and terminology.
• Proper phone and email etiquette.
• Ability to work industry seasonal outages such as holidays, weekends and off shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel, equipment and supplies to service multiple customer requests.
• Receive calls and schedule work; input data during calls.
• Daily scheduling of personnel and equipment.
• Inspect returning vehicles for cleanliness, damage and fuel level.
• Manage DOT documents and daily job reports.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE.
• Be available for on-call work as needed.
