Job summary

Elite Development Group seeks a Floating Service Technician to diagnose and repair electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues in residential and commercial properties. You will prioritize urgent work orders, perform routine maintenance, and assist with small projects under the Service Supervisor’s guidance.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues.

• Comfortable using a smartphone and Google apps.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize work orders based on urgency and communicate with tenants and property owners.
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs related to electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure longevity and efficiency of building systems.
• Perform general property maintenance and minor repairs.
• Assist in preparing rental units to meet Rent Ready and municipal inspection standards.
• Work on small projects and property improvements as assigned.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes.
• Provide clear communication with clients, tenants, and team members.
• Be available for on-call service according to company policy.
• Complete tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Maintenance Manager.
• Perform regional travel, estimated once or twice a month, to support different properties.
• Document work completed as required by company systems.
