Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Maintains pumps, electrical controls, and lighting.
• Handles work orders for facilities buildings and grounds.
• Coordinates with outside maintenance contractors as needed.
• Maintains daily work orders and reports in the M+ system.
• Follows safety policies and wears PPE.
