Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current Florida RN license or valid eNLC.
• BLS certification; ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC are required for certain areas.
• 1 year ICU experience required unless approved by AVP level or above; 3 years ICU care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to adults with advanced illnesses requiring high-level, complex care.
• Monitor and manage ICU equipment and vital signs.
• Collaborate with medical staff and interdisciplinary team to plan and manage patient care.
• Document care accurately and consistently, ensuring patient safety.
• Serve as patient and family advocate.
