Job summary

Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas is seeking a reliable Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare fresh salads, baked items, sauces and meat/seafood portions following established recipes with attention to portion control.

Work in a fast-paced, hot, damp environment, lift up to 70 lbs, and maintain a clean, organized station throughout your 6–8 hour shift. This full-time role offers exposure to a busy, guest-focused operation in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Lifts and carries up to 70 lbs., up to 20 times per shift.
• Frequent bending and stooping.
• Works in hot and damp environment.
• Stands and uses hands for 6–8 hour shifts.
• Must hear kitchen/manager requests over noise.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality salads, vegetables, baked items and sauces according to recipes.
• Set up station, gather utensils and equipment before service.
• Maintain clean, sanitized workstation throughout shift.
• Label, date, rotate and store items; obtain Chef’s signature on products.
