Johnson Brothers is a leading family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer, seeking a Payroll Specialist to support accurate, timely payroll processing for a multi-state workforce. The role includes auditing timekeeping records, handling garnishments, and assisting with year-end activities in Workday.

You will collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, managers, and employees to ensure regulatory compliance and exceptional service. Competitive benefits accompany this full-time role.

Competenze

• Associate degree preferred in accounting, finance, HR, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years payroll processing experience.
• Multi-state payroll experience preferred.
• Experience with Workday and payroll reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills.

Mansioni

• Process payroll transactions accurately and timely for all employees.
• Audit timekeeping records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Generate and analyze payroll reports in Workday.
• Manage garnishments, child support orders, and wage attachments.
• Assist with year-end payroll activities and W-2 preparation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on payroll-related activities.
