Job summary

Impact Kids in Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a Youth Sports Coach to deliver coaching in soccer, basketball, volleyball and running for children aged 4 to 14, across multiple programs. You will provide sport-specific instruction, observe progress, and foster a safe, fun learning environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience with children, can coach more than one sport, and demonstrates strong communication with students and parents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children.
• Experience coaching more than one sport preferred.
• Background checks and CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily instruction in soccer, basketball, volleyball, and running to ages 4–14.
• Demonstrate skills and tactics, observe progress, and give feedback.
• Adapt drills to each age and ability so all can participate.
• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, fitness, and confidence.
• Transition between sports, schools, and schedules.
• Supervise groups with attention to behavior, safety, and development.
• Ensure student and teammate safety.
• Organize and prepare daily plans in a fun, creative way.
• Lead activities with effective classroom management.
• Collaborate with fellow Activity Specialists and model positive behavior.
• Follow the Impact Kids Code of Conduct and company policies.
