Job summary

Impact Kids is seeking a Youth Sports Coach to lead instruction across soccer, basketball, volleyball, and running for children aged 4–14 in California. You will deliver engaging coaching, use the company curriculum, and showcase a positive, energetic approach.

The role requires 2+ years of experience with children, ability to coach more than one sport, and excellent communication with families. CPR/First Aid and background checks are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children.
• 1–5 years coaching youth sports; multi-sport experience preferred.
• Must pass Live Scan background check, child abuse clearance, CPR/First Aid.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily sport-specific coaching in soccer, basketball, volleyball, and running for ages 4–14.
• Give constructive feedback and track progress.
• Adapt drills to different ages and abilities to ensure participation.
• Model sportsmanship, teamwork, fitness, and confidence.
• Plan daily sessions and maintain safety and supervision.
• Collaborate with fellow staff and follow company code of conduct.
