Job summary

Impact Kids is seeking a Youth Sports Coach to lead coaching across soccer, basketball, volleyball, and running/cross country for ages 4–14. You will provide safe, engaging instruction, adapt drills to ability, and promote teamwork and sportsmanship in a busy school-based setting.

Applicants should have 2+ years working with children, experience coaching more than one sport, and must obtain required background checks and CPR/First Aid certification. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience working with children.
• Youth sports coaching or physical education instruction experience (1–5 years).
• Fingerprint-based background check, child abuse clearance, mandated reporter training, and CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students and provide sport-specific coaching across multiple programs.
• Deliver safe, fun learning environments and be a positive role model.
• Observe, assess, and give feedback on student performance.
