Qualifications

• 3 years supervisory experience.
• 3 years operational experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Experience coordinating diverse subspecialty operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for multiple subspecialties across GI/Surgical Oncology, Plastic, and ENT.
• Supervise non-provider staff, organize work assignments, scheduling, and payroll functions.
• Oversee hiring, training, staff orientation, and performance improvement.
• Develop staffing models with cross-training to ensure coverage and budget targets.
• Ensure billing compliance, cash handling, coding, and encounter processing.
• Resolve patient issues and maintain strong staff-provider communications.
