• Upholds Kaiser Permanente policies and procedures and applicable laws.
• Performs and reports test results for clinical laboratory procedures (automated and manual) as assigned.
• Monitors data quality, quality control, QA, maintenance and proficiency testing.
• Troubleshoots equipment and test methods; communicates anomalies to supervisors.
• Instructs and mentors CLS students and laboratory staff.
• Maintains patient data confidentiality and safety standards.
