Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist to perform pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical testing across multiple laboratory areas in California. Formación

• High school education or GED required.
• CLS license from California required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Performs and reports test results for all clinical laboratory procedures, automated and manual.
• Monitors and ensures quality control, quality assurance and proficiency testing.
• Troubleshoots equipment and test methods when needed and notifies supervisors of irregularities.
• Instructs new employees and CLS students in laboratory procedures to develop proficiency.
