Job summary

Princeton Management is seeking a maintenance professional to manage day-to-day property upkeep across our Detroit-area communities. You will repair and maintain building systems, coordinate with residents and vendors, and prepare vacant units for leasing.

A strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and proactive problem-solving is essential. The role requires the ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and participate in after-hours emergency coverage.

Responsibilities

• Professionally communicate with coworkers, vendors, and residents.
• Identify and report to management issues involving the employees, property or residents.
• Timely complete service requests in occupied apartments.
• Maintain common hallways and community room areas.
• Turn vacant apartments to make them ready for leasing.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines, tools and equipment.
• Perform after-hours on-call services for maintenance emergencies.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders as required.
