Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and painting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with staff, residents and vendors.
• Must own hand tools; power tools provided.
• Travel may be required to assist other properties or trainings.
• On-call includes nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests and work orders.
• Handle apartment turnovers for scheduled move-ins promptly.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and safety in all resident interactions.
