Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a General Maintenance Mechanic in Tulsa, OK to assist with operating, maintaining, and repairing building systems including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. The role involves light plumbing and carpentry, painting, and addressing occupant requests.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, coordinating with plumbers, electricians, and HVAC techs, maintaining repair records, and ensuring a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Perform building maintenance duties such as replacing or repairing ceilings, flooring, walls, bathroom fixtures and other general building maintenance activities
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems as directed by supervisor or other technical resources
• Respond to occupant service requests and troubleshoot to meet operational and comfort needs
• Work with vendors (plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians) to evaluate proper operation of building systems
• Maintain records for inventory of repair supplies and materials; prepare requisitions for replacement needs
• Communicate positively with team members, customers, and vendors; demonstrate teamwork values
• Maintain a professional, safe and clean environment
