Job summary

S2 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks across the Tides on Hulen property. You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and general upkeep while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires attention to detail, a valid driver license, and an EPA HVAC certification. Hours are typical business days with on-call rotation for emergencies, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and observant.
• Excellent customer service skills and team collaboration.
• Valid driver license and auto liability insurance required.
• HVAC Certification Type II or Universal EPA required.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests for common areas, units, and property as directed.
• Perform routine plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance and repairs.
• Inspect appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and safety devices.
• Assist with trash outs and unit turns.
• Assist with interior/exterior painting and basic carpentry tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and related components.
• Ensure safety and quality across all maintenance tasks.
