Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties seeks a Maintenance - Level I in Groveland, California. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, irrigation and groundskeeping tasks, collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor to meet community maintenance standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of direct technical experience. Lifting up to 50 pounds and a valid driver’s license are needed; on-call emergencies may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of direct technical work experience in irrigation repairs, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and common areas, keep them free of trash and debris.
• Perform maintenance tasks including irrigation repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC work.
• Move heavy objects and may drive maintenance trucks between locations.
• Report maintenance concerns and coordinate with management on projects.
