Job summary

SnapFix365 LLC is seeking a General Maintenance Technician in Tallahassee, FL to maintain facilities, equipment, and systems. This role covers preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, ensuring safe and reliable operations at company premises.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of general maintenance experience in commercial or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to work orders and emergency maintenance requests.
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Maintain and track inventory of tools, equipment, and materials; place orders as needed.
• Assist with installation, relocation, or setup of office and industrial equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, local codes, and company policies.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and inspections.
• Keep detailed maintenance logs, inspection records, and reports.
• Mentor or supervise junior maintenance staff when required.
• Identify potential facility improvements and communicate recommendations to management.
